I bought the property as I wanted somewhere affordable to live on my own and to get on the property ladder. I loved the location and the potential for the area it felt like a safe investment in my future! 

 

What have you enjoyed most about living here?; 

The location is amazing and seeing the complex grow and develop is so lovely and my flat is right in the heart of it all but still quiet and peaceful!! I loved having a large balcony for socialising with friends in summer, being so close to the river for exercise and the community sense here on the Royal Arsenal complex with all the amenities!! The heating  and electric bills are also really cheap and the flat is very well insulated! My neighbours are lovely and everyone looks out for each other! 

 

Why are you moving?;

Buying the flat has allowed me to boost my deposit to buy a house, and I have been now offered a new job out of London so now is the right time to move for me, although there will be so much that I will miss.
