2019: A Year in Numbers

2019 was a fantastic year for us. Here’s a round-up of our biggest achievements.

Developments 

We’re delighted to have successfully launched 11 new developments across London and the South East in 2019. The addition of our new developments has expanded and improved the variety of our housing portfolio, which includes traditional family homes in the countryside, vibrant city apartments and contemporary coastal properties. 

New Properties 

Within these new developments, we’ve been able to offer 346 new affordable homes to our customers. We’re pleased to be able to continue providing exciting opportunities for first time buyers, with all of our properties for sale on a Shared Ownership basis.

Staircasing

We’ve helped 144 homeowners increase their share through Staircasing; an initiative which allows you to increase your equity share of your Shared Ownership property when it is affordable to do so, and reduce the amount of rent that you pay monthly. 2019 also saw us facilitate 94 moves through our secondary resales market.
