Open seven days a week, this independent French café focuses on fresh, quality food that is sustainably and locally produced. Silo Brighton

The brains behind Silo state that the restaurant was born from a desire to innovate whilst respecting the environment, our bodies and the way food is generated. Silo has certainly lived up to this ambition by sourcing directly from local farmers, creating a totally organic menu and by operating completely waste-free. On top of these impressive feats, Silo’s delicious brunch menu, including its take on the traditional English breakfast, and pastries direct from the café’s bakery, is not to be missed.

The New Club

After a heavy night, this American style diner is the perfect antidote. Whether you choose to recover with a breakfast burger or opt for ‘hair of the dog’ with something from the ‘hard’ brunch beverages menu, there’s sure to be something to make you feel better. An added bonus is the fantastic view of the old pier and sea from New Club’s large windows.

Morris & Jacques

In the vibrant neighbourhood of Kemp Town lies Morris & Jacques; a local café with a passion for quality food. Café Rust

Café Rust can be found on Preston Road in the up and coming neighbourhood of London Road. Admire the stylish rustic interiors with shabby chic décor. Set-up by a husband and wife team, this friendly local café will make you feel right at home due to its welcoming atmosphere and gracious service.
