Burgess Hill Travel

Great connections across the South East

With great connections to numerous London terminals, Brighton on its doorstep, and Gatwick Airport just up the road, this popular West Sussex town punches above its weight when it comes to transport links.

Train

Burgess Hill’s transport trump card is its station. Trains depart frequently to Brighton and arrive in the famous seaside town in as little as 13 minutes.

Five London-bound trains also depart from Burgess Hill every hour with the opportunity to alight at Blackfriars (1 hour 2 minutes), St Pancras International (1 hour 16 minutes), Farringdon (1 hour 8 minutes), London Bridge (1 hour 6 minutes) or Victoria (48 minutes).

Car

With the help of the A23 you can reach Brighton in 29 minutes and Worthing in 32 minutes. Perfect if you’re looking for some beach action.

However, if it’s an international destination you’re looking for, then you’re in luck. The Eurotunnel station in Ashford is just 1 hour and 21 minutes away, making Burgess Hill a great base if you enjoy a driving holiday on the continent.

Airport

If you need to travel for work, or frequently indulge in city breaks and sun-filled holidays, then Burgess Hill is also located close to Gatwick Airport.

You can save yourself the airport parking fees and hop on the train to Gatwick Airport in just 18 minutes. Alternatively, Gatwick Airport is a mere 25 minutes away via the M23.
