Broadway Market

Broadway Market is a Victorian Street Market in the heart of Hackney. This weekly market hosts 135 vendors selling everything from local, organic fruit and veg to vintage clothing, books and flowers. It’s perfect for a weekly shop or to find some delicious street food. 

When: Saturdays, 9:00 – 17:00

Brick Lane

Every Sunday, Brick Lane comes alive with stalls, flea markets, food and street performers. Make sure you visit all five of the neighbourhood’smarkets; Boiler House, SundayUp, Tea Rooms, Truman markets and the Vintage Market, which offer clothes, accessories, toys, carpets and even musical instruments.

When: Sundays, 10:00-17:00

Whitecross Street

Surrounding most of the area between the Barbican and Old Street, Whitecross Street has been existence for over 150 years and is one of London’s oldest markets. Known for offering a wide variety of food, it’s a great place to sample dishes from all over the world, including from renowned Latin American street food vendor, Luardo.

When: Mon-Fri, 10:00 – 17:00

Netil Market

Celebrating independent business and craft, Netil Market is a great place to shop for unique homewares, clothing, art and accessories. Netil Market was created by a local creative community in order to give space to designers to showcase their work – values the market stays true to today.  

When: Mon-Fri: 9:00 to 18:00, Sat-Sun: 11:00 to 18:00

Location: 13-23 Westgate Street, London, E8 3RL 

 

Columbia Road Flower Market

Every Sunday, Columbia Road Flower market is budding with colourful buckets of flowers. The market is very popular and you can find vendors selling flowers, plants and shrubs from all over the world. Also, don’t miss the cute cafes, independent restaurants, delis, shops and antique dealers which are situated just off Colombia Road. 

When: Sun, 8:00 – 15:00

Victoria Park Market

One of London’s newest markets is set in the beautiful grounds of Victoria Park. The market itself sells a wide range of produce, including fresh fruit, cheese and craft spirits. Once you’ve chosen your food, sit by the peaceful lake and watch the world go by. 

When: Sundays 10:00-16:00
