Ah, the joys of renting. It’s well known that finding a rental property is notoriously difficult. Part of the problem is the fear of the unknown. You often don’t know who your landlord is, whether they can be trusted or what unreasonable behaviour may lay await.

Market Rent allows you to rent a property from an established and experienced housing provider. Market Rent also gives you increased flexibility over the length of your contract. For example, you can choose from a one, two or three-year tenancy agreement, but relax in the knowledge that you can stay as long as you want. Also, if you leave earlier than anticipated we wont charge you additional fees.
Furthermore, your deposit (six weeks’ rent) is protected in the Deposit Protection Service, a government-backed tenancy deposit scheme meaning that you’ll get back what you’re owed at the end of your tenancy.
