Peckham can boast not one, but two train stations. Queens Road and Peckham Rye station are both sat on the London Overground and Southern lines.
They’re a great option to head, well, anywhere in London. From Queens Road, you can reach Elephant and Castle (11 minutes), London Bridge (17 minutes), Shoreditch High Street (18 minutes), Farringdon (29 minutes), and Kings Cross (33 minutes) to name a few. The (London-based) world is your oyster.
Bus
There are a plethora of buses in Peckham that take you anywhere in the city. It’s on the route of many major bus networks.
For instance, you can jump on the 177 and reach Holborn in just 12 minutes, and it’s only 18 minutes to New Cross Gate in the other direction. If you’re Tower Bridge bound, it will take you only 36 minutes.
Car
Being situated in the heart of South London means that you’re perfectly positioned to explore the capital in your downtime. Drive to Greenwich in 18 minutes, Brixton in 19 minutes and Westminster in 29 minutes.
Alternatively, if you’re looking for a break from the bright lights, then reach the M25 in 51 minutes.
