BASE15 has great transport links, and is close to both Queens Road Peckham (3 min walk) and Peckham Rye (14 min walk) stations. From here you have direct routes to the city (trains into London Bridge, Victoria, Blackfriars or Canada Water), and also the creative hubs of Shoreditch, Hackney and Dalston.

Peckham is a thriving area with a lot going on, including art galleries, a rooftop cinema, pop-up restaurants, copious independent cafes and bars and cute little shops.

Looking for some green space? Peckham Rye Park and Common is around a 15 minute bus (or 30 minute walk) away, where you have football fields, landscaped parks, wooded areas, picnic spots, Japanese gardens, ponds, playgrounds and loads of parakeets living in the trees.
