Egham is a town with a distinct sense of character and charm. It’s close to nature, yet benefits from easy access to London, making it the perfect location to settle down. In this article, we explore the town’s quick and multiple transport links.

Train

Egham boasts its own train station which is situated on the convenient South West Trains line. London Waterloo is 44 minutes away, while Reading is a 38 minute journey, making it incredibly easy to travel to destinations in the South East for either work or pleasure.

Bus

Several bus routes connect Egham up with local towns. Hail a bus and arrive in Staines-upon-Thames in only 20 minutes, Slough in 50 minutes and the delights of Royal Windsor in 36 minutes.

Car

With the M25 on your doorstep, you’re well placed to travel easily around the South East. Get behind the wheel and travel to Twickenham (28 minutes), Maidenhead (30 minutes), Guildford (33 minutes), and Central London in an impressive 40 minutes.

Air

Egham is well connected to Heathrow Airport for all your summer holiday, long weekend and business needs. There are many ways in which you can reach Heathrow, but possibly the best option is to jump in a car and cruise there in just 21 minutes.
