All you need to know about our Earley development
This week, we launched our latest Berkshire-based development, Oaklands Court, which features a range of two, three and four-bedroom homes available on a Shared Ownership basis.
About Oaklands Court
Oaklands Court is based in Earley, Berkshire, within the borough of Wokingham. The development is ideally located near rail and road connections, and is close to a great selection of schools, amenities and leisure facilities.
To get a greater feel for the development, you can visit the site in person from next month. On site, you will be able to take a look around our show home to allow you to get familiar with the specifications, finish and space of these wonderful new homes. (Please note, you will need to book an appointment in advance to view the show home. We’ll update you with the show home dates as soon as the schedule is available).
The floorplan for all properties is available to view on our Oaklands Court website. Further information on the costs, minimum share value, monthly rent, estimated service charge, parking and availability for each home is also available online.
If you wish to apply for a Shared Ownership home at Oaklands Court, there are three simple steps to be completed by Sunday 29th October 2017.
Firstly, you will need to complete an SHO Application Form. An SHO Application Form, including instructions of how to log in, has already been shared with you via email. However, if you’re unable to find this email, then please retrieve your password here.
Secondly, you need to register with your local help to buy agent, a list of who are available here.
Thirdly, you need to undertake an initial Financial Assessment. This will be carried out by Metro Finance. To complete this assessment, you will need to contact them directly by phone (0203 930 8475) or email (SHG@metrofinance.co.uk).
